The renovation services we do not offer
Half-day jobs are what wreck a build schedule. Taking them would mean letting a real renovation sit, so we do not. Full bathrooms, kitchens, basements, additions and gut renovations are the work.
What every one of these renovation services has in common is the way it runs. A written scope with real allowances before demo. A sequence set before the first trade arrives. Electrical and plumbing handled by our own licensed crew rather than whoever was free that week. Change orders signed before the work happens, never invoiced after it.
We work across Old Saybrook, Madison, Clinton, Guilford, North Guilford, Old Lyme, East Lyme and Branford. If you are just outside that, call anyway and we will tell you straight whether it makes sense.
