"Marc and his team of men are very professional. I recommend them to everyone who needs there home or anything remodeled. I can't thank them enough for the beautiful job in my home and the condo's I own."
Renovations that finish the way they were drawn.
Since 2019: kitchens, baths, additions and full-gut interiors across Old Saybrook, Madison and Clinton. Written scopes, in-house trades, and a finish built for the shore.
We call back the same day, usually within a couple of hours.
How the work holds up
Tile fails because of what went behind it. Cabinets rack because the floor was never levelled. A beautiful kitchen with a range hood vented into a cabinet is still a kitchen with a problem.
Substrate, waterproofing, framing and sequencing are where a renovation is actually won, and they are the first things a cheap bid quietly removes. On the shore, where the housing stock is old and the humidity never lets up, that is the whole difference between a finish that lasts and one that gets redone.
01 · Most requested
Layout changes, cabinetry, stone, lighting and the plumbing and electrical behind all of it. We coordinate every trade so the kitchen lands the way it was drawn.
02 · Built to last on the shore
Properly waterproofed showers, tile set to last, real storage and lighting that works. Coastal humidity punishes a cheap bathroom build. These are not that.
03 · Most profitable work
Full interior renovations, gut jobs and additions run from demo to the final punch list. One schedule, one sequence, and trades held to it.
04 · Also on the truck
The rest of what we run in house. Everything except handyman work, which Lettieri does not take, because half-day jobs are what wreck a build schedule.
Recent work
No stock photography, no renderings. These are real homes on the Connecticut Shore, finished by our crew.
Kept the job site clean and great communication during the job.
What we hold to
None of this is unusual. It is simply the work most bids quietly leave out, so it is worth putting in writing before you hire anyone, including us.
Waterproofing is inspected before a single tile is set.
Floors are levelled before any cabinetry is hung.
Range hoods and bath fans vent outside, never into a cabinet or an attic.
Change orders are signed before the work happens, not invoiced after it.
The site is swept at the end of every working day.
The punch list gets finished, not abandoned at ninety percent.

How it runs
We come to the house, walk the space and listen. What you want changed, what you want kept, and the budget you have in mind. No pressure and no sales pitch.
A written scope with selections, allowances and a clear price. You see exactly what is and is not included before anything starts.
We run the sequence, schedule every trade and update you weekly. Sites stay clean, change orders stay written, and the punch list actually gets finished.
Not a big number, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It is every review we have, unedited, and you can check each one against the Google profile yourself.

Before you call
A written scope with real allowances, a sequence set before demo starts, and change orders signed before any extra work happens. Most renovations go wrong because none of those three existed, not because anyone set out to do a bad job.
Nothing. We come out, walk the space, listen to what you want and give you an honest read on what it takes. Estimates are free and there is no obligation attached to them.
Not handyman work. Half-day jobs are what wreck a build schedule, and taking them would mean letting a real renovation sit. Full bathrooms, kitchens, basements, additions and gut renovations are the work.
In writing, signed, before the work happens. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you have not already seen and approved. That is the whole point of starting with a detailed written scope and real allowances.
Yes. Lettieri Renovations LLC holds Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor licence HIC.0656832 and carries insurance. Ask to see the certificate at the walk-through and we will bring it.
The Connecticut Shore: Old Saybrook, Madison, Clinton, Guilford, North Guilford, Old Lyme, East Lyme and Branford. If you are a little outside that, call anyway and we will tell you straight whether it makes sense.
