Lettieri Renovations LLC was founded in 2019 and works across the Connecticut Shore. We run our own electrical, plumbing and HVAC rather than brokering the job out.
Who we are
A renovation contractor built around the work we wanted to run
Lettieri Renovations LLC was founded in 2019 by Marc Solis. The company was built around full-gut interiors, kitchens, baths and additions, which is the work where sequencing and trade coordination actually decide the outcome.
Most general contractors broker. They win the job and then assemble whoever is available. That is why schedules slip and why nobody can tell you on a Tuesday what is happening on Thursday. We run electrical, plumbing and HVAC in house, so the sequence we write is the sequence that happens.
We work across Old Saybrook, Madison, Clinton, Guilford, North Guilford, Old Lyme, East Lyme and Branford. Almost all of it comes from a homeowner telling a neighbour or a realtor passing on the number.
