What we collect
If you submit the walk-through form we collect your name, phone number, email address where given, and what you told us about your project. If you call, we collect your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your enquiry, arrange a walk-through, and prepare an estimate. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the people working on your project.
Analytics and call tracking
This site uses analytics to understand which pages are useful, and call tracking numbers to understand which marketing brings in enquiries. Both collect usage data rather than identity. Calls may be recorded for quality purposes, and you will be told at the start of the call if that is the case.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years. Project records are kept for seven years, which is what the licence and insurance requirements expect.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@lettierirenovations.com and we will action it within thirty days.
