Where We Work
We are based at 4639 Halltown Road in Hartly, which puts us within a reasonable drive of most of central Delaware. Response times are quickest in Kent County and get longer as you move toward the edges of the map, which we will tell you honestly when you call rather than after you have waited all afternoon.

The Territory Is Not One Climate
All of this is ASHRAE zone 4A, but the equipment does not have the same life everywhere in it, and pretending otherwise does customers a disservice.
Kent County and the farm towns
Hartly, Marydel, Harrington, Felton, and the properties out toward the Maryland line. Older housing stock, plenty of oil-fired equipment still in service, and enough acreage that geothermal horizontal loops are genuinely practical here in a way they are not in a development.
Dover, Smyrna, Camden, and the corridor
Newer construction, mostly heat pumps, mostly on ductwork installed to a builder's budget. Undersized returns and leaky boots are the common story, and they are why one room is always the wrong temperature.
The beaches
Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany, Ocean View, and Selbyville. Salt air corrodes condenser coils measurably faster here, and a lot of these properties are rentals that sit closed up and humid between guests. Annual service is not optional maintenance at the shore, it is how you get a normal equipment lifespan instead of a short one.
The Eastern Shore
Easton, Centreville, Denton, Ridgely, and the towns around them. A mix of everything above, and some of our longest-standing customers.

Ask when you call and you will get a straight answer for your address before we dispatch anybody. We would rather tell you up front than surprise you on the invoice.
Yes, and scheduling around a turnover window is a normal request down there. Tell the office your changeover day and we will work to it. Rentals are also the best argument for a maintenance plan, since nobody is in the house noticing a problem until a guest complains.
