From Dover Air Force Base to Your Front Door

Our owner, Mark Sabean, learned HVAC serving in the US Air Force at Dover AFB. He started his first heating and air business in 1989, earned "Rookie Franchise of the Year" honors in 1994, and struck out on his own again as Air Doctorx in 1997.

Today it is still a family operation: Mark's wife Lori has run the office since day one, and their sons grew up working in the field and the front office. When we say we treat your home like our own, that is not a slogan. It is how this family has done business on Delmarva for over three decades.

Air Doctorx is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi Dealer and a Trane Comfort Specialist. We install equipment we would put in our own homes.
