Your neighbor's already a customer.
We're based right down the road in Lapel, and Anderson and Pendleton make up a big share of our route. Mature trees, older homes, and the White River's humidity mean gutters and siding need more attention here than most places.
Anderson and Pendleton sit close enough to Lapel that they're some of our most frequent stops, usually a 10 to 15 minute drive from our shop. That closeness matters for scheduling: smaller jobs and free estimates don't come with a big travel charge tacked on, and if you need something fast, we're not driving across the metro to get there.
What sets this area apart is the tree canopy. Older neighborhoods near downtown Anderson and along the Pendleton corridor have decades-old oaks and maples that drop a heavier seed-pod and leaf load than newer subdivisions elsewhere in Central Indiana, which means gutters here clog faster and often need a mid-season check beyond the usual spring and fall cleaning. The humidity along the White River corridor also speeds up the black-streak algae that builds up on north-facing siding and roofs, which is why house soft washing runs neck and neck with gutter cleaning as the most requested service in this area.
A lot of properties here, especially on larger lots outside city limits, are on well water rather than municipal, which we account for with a purified water option on window washing so you don't end up with mineral spotting on freshly cleaned glass. Bigger lots also mean mowing and seasonal cleanups tend to be more involved jobs than in tighter subdivisions.
