"Glen showed up first thing in the morning to flush our water heater, during a heavy downpour. He found a leak, went to his next appointment, then came back that evening and fixed it, on the day my family was moving in."

The Wise Choice for Local PlumbingThe Wise Choice

MARIETTA'S WISE CHOICE
FOR HONEST PLUMBING.
Drains, water heaters, sewer lines, and repipes for Cobb County homes. Upfront pricing, two generations of experience, and a phone that gets answered 24/7.
G ★★★★★ Rated Excellent · 60 Google ReviewsExcellent · 60 ReviewsMarietta sits square in our service area, and it's the kind of town WaterWise was built for: established neighborhoods, houses with a few decades on them, and homeowners who want a straight answer before anyone starts cutting pipe. When you call us, you talk to our team, usually Corey, and the plumber who shows up carries two generations of trade experience behind him.
A lot of Marietta's housing stock went up between the 1960s and the 1990s, and that age shows up in the plumbing before it shows up anywhere else. Original galvanized supply lines that have narrowed with rust. Clay sewer laterals that tree roots found years ago. Water heaters on their second or third decade quietly planning their exit. None of that is a crisis if it's handled honestly, and that's the job: tell you what it actually needs, price it upfront, and fix it right the first time.
We handle the everyday calls too. A kitchen sink that drains like it's thinking about it, a toilet that runs all night, a water bill that jumped for no reason you can see. Small problems are cheaper than big ones, so we treat them with the same respect. And when it's genuinely urgent, sewage backing up or a burst line flooding a basement off Whitlock Avenue at 2am, the phone still gets answered, because plumbing emergencies have never once checked our business hours.
Every core WaterWise service runs in Marietta: drain cleaning and sewer line work, water heater repair and installation (tank, tankless, and hybrid), water line repair and replacement, and whole-home repiping when aging pipe is past patching. Financing, rebates, and coupons apply here the same as everywhere else we work, because a sewer line replacement shouldn't have to wait for a bonus check.
Clogs cleared, lines camera-inspected, roots cut out of aging clay laterals.

Make it right"Glen showed up first thing in the morning to flush our water heater, during a heavy downpour. He found a leak, went to his next appointment, then came back that evening and fixed it, on the day my family was moving in."
"Had an emergency and Darren & Corey at WaterWise responded. Thoroughly explained issues, options and cost. Very satisfied and now WaterWise is our go-to plumber."
"Great service! Showed up on time, was knowledgeable, cleaned up afterwards and great price. This is a keeper!"
Yes. Inside the Loop, East Cobb, West Cobb, and everything between. Marietta is one of our named service cities alongside Kennesaw, Smyrna, Acworth, and Mableton, so a truck being nearby is the norm, not the exception.
Two things earn the most calls: polybutylene supply pipe, which was common in Georgia builds from the late 70s through the mid 90s and fails without much warning, and original water heaters or their aging replacements. If your home still has poly pipe, a repipe quote costs nothing and beats discovering the problem through drywall damage.
Parts of Cobb County run strong street pressure, and homes are supposed to have a pressure reducing valve (PRV) taming it. PRVs wear out in 10 to 15 years, and when they do, the extra pressure beats on every fixture, hose, and water heater in the house. We test it in minutes and replace the valve same day. You can see a recent PRV install in our job photos.
Marietta's mature trees are half the charm of the older neighborhoods, and clay sewer laterals from that era are exactly what roots love. Repeated backups, gurgling, or a soggy strip of lawn are the usual tells. A camera inspection shows you precisely what's happening before anyone talks about digging.
No, and that's the point. WaterWise is a family-owned Georgia company founded by two plumbers, Darren Miller and Corey Williams. No corporate markups, no commission-driven upsells, no call center. You talk to the team that does the work.
One call. An honest price. A fix that lasts. That's the wise choice.
