Call us before you call anyone else

Have your policy number handy if you can find it. We will tell you what the work costs either way, so you can decide whether a claim is even worth filing.

We check your glass coverage

Glass usually falls under comprehensive, not collision. We will look at what your policy covers, what your deductible is, and whether chip repair is covered outright.

We file and bill the insurer directly

You do not chase paperwork. We handle the claim with your carrier and bill them for the covered portion of the work.

You pay your deductible, and that is it

Whatever your policy leaves to you, and nothing else. If the deductible is higher than the job, we will say so and you can just pay us directly.

Straight answers

Do I have to use the shop my insurer names?: No. You choose who works on your vehicle. An insurer can recommend a shop, but the decision is yours, and we work with every major carrier.
Will a glass claim raise my rate?: Comprehensive glass claims are generally treated differently from at-fault collision claims. Carriers and states vary, though, so the honest answer is to ask your agent before you file. We will never tell you a claim is free when we cannot see your policy.
Is chip repair covered?: Many comprehensive policies cover chip repair with no deductible, because repairing a chip is far cheaper than replacing the windshield later. It is worth asking every time.
What if I have no coverage?: Then you pay us directly, and we will quote it straight before we touch anything. No claim, no surprise line items.

Will my insurance cover a windshield replacement?

How long does a windshield replacement take?

The replacement itself typically takes about an hour, plus safe drive-away time while the urethane cures and any recalibration your vehicle requires. Most jobs are in and out the same morning or afternoon.

Do you work on semis, tractors, and heavy equipment?

Yes. Semi tractors, farm equipment, construction machines, and commercial fleets have been part of our work for decades. We can service equipment at your yard or jobsite with our mobile unit.
