How does approval work?
We work with a financing partner who handles the application. You'll typically get a credit decision the same day you apply, so we can talk real numbers before we ever start a job.
What qualifies for the 0% APR offer?
Qualifying furnace, boiler, heat pump, and AC systems installed by Northland Air, subject to approved credit. Terms can change, so ask us for the current lender terms when you get your quote.
How does Comfort Club billing work?
Comfort Club is $19 a month. That covers one spring AC tune-up and one fall furnace tune-up each year, priority scheduling ahead of non-members, 15% off any repair, and no after-hours surcharge if something breaks outside business hours.
Do heat pumps qualify for any rebates?
Heat pumps may qualify for federal tax credits depending on the system and your situation. We'll walk through what applies to your specific install when we quote the job.
Is the $99 tune-up available for any system?
Yes, it covers standard seasonal tune-ups for furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and AC systems. Call and let us know what you've got and we'll get you on the schedule.
