The main floor was a maze of small rooms. Our design team opened it into one plan with the kitchen at the center: a full-slab island, custom cabinetry, and sight lines from the front door to the back windows.
Flush inset cabinet runs, a paneled appliance wall, and hardware chosen with the homeowners in our Final Selections meeting. This is the fit and finish the punch-list walkthrough exists to protect.
A rebuilt oak staircase ties the new main floor to the second story. It started as a line item; it photographs like the reason for the whole project.
A tight urban site with zero staging room. The kitchen wraps in warm wood with a waterfall island and an amber ceiling plane that makes the whole room glow at night.
Full-height storage and an integrated appliance run keep the small footprint honest. Materials were pre-ordered and staged at our facility, so the site never stalled.
The homeowners lived at home through the whole build: dust barriers, HEPA scrubbers, floor protection. A livable remodel is a promise, not a slogan.
